The service
PawLife is a mobile app for dog owners provided by Kamil Jarkowski Software, tax ID (NIP) 9721346822, REGON 527115198. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account. By creating one you accept them.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have your parent's or guardian's consent.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account).
Content you publish
- You keep the rights to your photos and texts and allow us to store and display them in the app to the people you choose.
- Do not publish anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not post other people's personal data without consent.
- Places and lost or found reports must be real. False reports may be hidden and the account suspended.
- Anyone can report content; we review reports and may remove content or block accounts that break these rules.
Not veterinary advice
Reminders, the wellness score and other information in the app help you organise your dog's care. They are not veterinary advice. In case of any health concern, contact a vet.
Lost dogs
We send lost-dog alerts on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee that a dog will be found or that a notification will reach a given person. Never put yourself or the dog at risk when helping.
Premium
Some features may be offered as a paid PawLife Premium subscription, purchased through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. A trial, when offered, does not renew automatically. You will see the price and terms in the app before you buy.
Liability and changes
We do our best to keep the app available and your data safe, but we may need to interrupt the service for maintenance. We may update these terms; we will announce material changes in the app in advance. Mandatory consumer protection laws are not affected. Polish law applies.
